At Kid City, located in Anderson, SC, we’re excited to make November even more fun with our annual Turkey Disguise Contest! This family-friendly event brings out the creativity in every kid and is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. Here’s everything you need to know to join the fun—and maybe even win a special prize!
How It Works:
- Pick Up Your Turkey Template: During class, we’ll be handing out blank turkey prints to each student. These turkeys are waiting to be transformed, so make sure your child grabs one!
- Get Creative: From November 1st to November 22nd, your child can unleash their imagination and ‘disguise’ their turkey however they like.
- Submit Your Masterpiece: Once your turkey is fully disguised, bring it back to Kid City by November 22nd. We’ll upload each turkey to our Facebook page so everyone can admire the kids’ hard work and vote for their favorites.
- Let the Voting Begin: After submissions are in, voting will begin on our Facebook page. Families, friends, and fans can cast their votes by liking and commenting on their favorite turkeys. The turkey with the most votes by November 29th will win!
The turkey with the most votes will receive a fun water bottle filled with candy and a free day of Christmas Camp or a Fun Friday pass! It’s our way of celebrating your creativity and adding some extra holiday cheer.
Besides the chance to win, this contest is a fun way for kids to express themselves, bond with family, and feel proud of their creative work. And seeing their masterpiece shared online and loved by friends and family can be a huge confidence boost!
